These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to Sports Photographer Helper (the “App”), provided by Akira Taniwaki (the “Developer”). By downloading, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is licensed, not sold. Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”), which is incorporated into these Terms. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls.
The App provides planning aids for sports photography, including sun, weather, exposure, equipment, and match-timeline recommendations. Results are estimates based on the information and services available at the time. You remain responsible for checking actual venue rules, weather, lighting, equipment, safety conditions, and any professional requirements before relying on a recommendation.
The free version may display advertising after a match plan is saved. Advertising availability and format may change. Where required, the App requests your consent before requesting ads and provides access to applicable privacy choices. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account through the App Store. Subscription prices, currencies, taxes, trial eligibility, and offer terms displayed by Apple at purchase are authoritative. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases can be restored using the App’s restore-purchases control while signed in to the Apple Account used for purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law.
The Developer may maintain, improve, add, remove, or discontinue App features when reasonably necessary. Weather, advertising, App Store, and other third-party services may be unavailable or changed without notice. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You may not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits, or use it in violation of law or the rights of others.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its recommendations are provided “as is” and “as available.” The Developer disclaims warranties not expressly required by law. The Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.
Your license may end if you materially breach these Terms or the Apple Standard EULA. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply. Termination does not independently create a right to a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without limiting any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country or region.
The Developer may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, services, or law. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、谷脇章（以下「開発者」）が提供するSports Photographer Helper（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本アプリをダウンロード、購入または利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは販売ではなく利用を許諾するものです。本アプリの利用には、本規約に組み込まれるAppleの標準エンドユーザ使用許諾契約（以下「Apple標準EULA」）も適用されます。本規約とApple標準EULAが矛盾する場合は、Apple標準EULAが優先します。
本アプリは、太陽、天気、露出、機材、試合進行など、スポーツ撮影の計画を補助する情報を提供します。結果は、その時点で利用可能な入力情報やサービスに基づく推定です。会場規則、実際の天候・照明・機材・安全状況、その他の専門的要件は、利用者自身の責任で確認してください。
無料版では、撮影プランの保存後に広告が表示される場合があります。広告の提供状況や形式は変更されることがあります。必要な地域では広告リクエスト前に同意を求め、該当するプライバシー設定を提供します。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
支払いはApp Storeを通じてApple Accountに請求されます。購入時にAppleが表示する価格、通貨、税、無料体験の対象資格および提供条件が正式な内容です。現在の期間が終了する24時間前までに解約しない限り、サブスクリプションは自動更新されます。更新料金は期間終了前24時間以内に請求される場合があります。Apple Accountの設定から管理または解約できます。解約は支払済み期間の終了時に有効となり、本アプリを削除しただけでは解約されません。
購入時に使用したApple Accountでサインインし、本アプリの「購入を復元」から購入状態を復元できます。返金の申請は、Appleのポリシーおよび適用法に従いAppleが取り扱います。
開発者は、合理的に必要な場合、本アプリの機能を保守、改善、追加、削除または終了することがあります。天気、広告、App Storeその他の第三者サービスは、予告なく利用不能または変更となる場合があります。中断や不具合が一切ないことは保証しません。
本アプリの不正利用、不正アクセスの試み、動作妨害、適用法で明示的に許される場合を除くリバースエンジニアリング、法令または第三者の権利に反する利用を禁止します。
適用法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、本アプリおよび推奨情報は「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な状態」で提供されます。開発者は、法令上排除できないものを除き、明示されていない保証を行いません。本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じる間接的、付随的、特別または結果的損害について責任を負いません。本規約は、消費者保護上の権利など、法令上排除できない権利または責任を制限するものではありません。
本規約またはApple標準EULAへの重大な違反がある場合、利用許諾が終了することがあります。性質上存続すべき条項は終了後も有効です。利用終了のみを理由として返金を受ける権利が発生するものではありません。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。ただし、利用者の国または地域の法令に基づく強行的な権利を制限しません。
開発者は、本アプリ、サービスまたは法令の変更を反映するため本規約を更新することがあります。上記の施行日が最新版を示します。更新後も利用を継続した場合、法令で認められる範囲で変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
