Terms of Use / 利用規約
Sports Photographer Helper ("the App") is provided by Akira Taniwaki as a commercial product. This page describes what data the App collects and how it is used.
What the App collects
- Location (optional). When you grant permission, the App reads your device's approximate location to calculate sun position and sunset timing for your match venue and to request weather from Apple's WeatherKit. Location data is never sent to the analytics provider.
- Weather data. The App sends your venue coordinates and match date to Apple's WeatherKit service to retrieve a weather forecast. Apple's privacy policy governs how Apple handles this request. The App itself does not store or forward this data.
- Match plans. Saved match plans (venue name, date, coordinates, sport, light condition) are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. They are not uploaded to any server.
- Usage analytics. The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app sessions and a limited set of actions: viewing a recommendation, saving a plan, viewing a Pro prompt, and starting or completing a purchase flow. Firebase may process an app-instance identifier, usage events, and device and app information. The App does not add location, venue, match details, camera or lens names, advertising identifiers, or free-form text to custom analytics events. The App uses the Firebase Analytics package without IDFA collection capability and disables advertising-personalization signals.
- Advertising. The free version uses Google Mobile Ads to show an interstitial after a match plan is saved successfully. Google may process device and app information, IP address, diagnostic information, and ad interactions to provide, secure, measure, and limit ads. The App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not add location, venue, match-plan, camera, lens, or purchase details to ad requests.
- Consent choices. Google User Messaging Platform checks whether a consent message or privacy-options entry point is required in your region. Ads are requested only when its current consent state permits them. Where required, you can reopen ad privacy choices from the App's Pro and purchase screens.
- Purchase history. In-app purchases are processed by Apple's StoreKit. The App verifies transaction receipts on-device using StoreKit 2's built-in signature verification. Firebase Analytics receives only a fixed product category and outcome such as completed, cancelled, pending, or failed. It does not receive transaction identifiers, prices, receipts, or purchase dates from the App's custom events.
What stays on your device
The App has no developer-operated backend server. All computation (sun position, exposure recommendations, timeline) runs locally. The App makes these network requests:
- WeatherKit forecast requests (to Apple).
- StoreKit product and transaction requests (to Apple).
- Product analytics events (to Google Analytics for Firebase).
- Consent information and advertising requests (to Google).
What the App does NOT collect
- No crash-reporting SDK is included.
- The App does not request permission for cross-app tracking or access IDFA.
- No personal information (name, email, phone) is collected.
- The developer does not sell personal data.
