PlanOnce stores all budgets, transactions, accounts, and settings locally on your iPhone or iPad. PlanOnce does not transmit your budget data to our servers, a cloud service, or any third party.
PlanOnce does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app.
PlanOnce does not collect usage analytics, crash reports, or any telemetry data. We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
PlanOnce is designed for manual entry. It does not connect to your bank, use Plaid or any other financial data aggregator, or access your financial credentials.
PlanOnce offers an auto-renewable annual subscription and a one-time Lifetime purchase for PlanOnce Pro. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple handles all payment information; we do not receive or store your payment details.
The optional 30-day Pro Preview is managed locally in the app. It requires no payment method and does not automatically convert to a paid plan.
You can create a complete JSON backup, restore a backup, and export transactions, accounts, categories, and monthly budgets as CSV. You choose where exported files are saved using Apple's standard document picker. PlanOnce does not upload those files to our servers.
Before replacing data during a restore, PlanOnce keeps a local recovery snapshot in the app's sandbox. Backup and CSV files may contain sensitive financial information, so store and share them carefully.
