Dotto ("the App") is a minimalist task manager for iOS developed by an independent developer.
Your task content, reminders, and settings are stored on your device. Dotto does not send task content, names, email addresses, or advertising identifiers to RevenueCat. The purchase information described below is separate from your task content.
If you enable iCloud sync (Pro feature), your data is stored in your private iCloud container managed by Apple. The developer has no access to this data. Apple's privacy policy applies to iCloud storage: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Dotto does not use advertising or analytics about how you use your tasks. Versions that enable the RevenueCat purchase integration use RevenueCat, Inc. for purchase validation, fraud prevention, purchasing and restoration quality, and purchase analytics. Earlier versions that include but do not initialize this integration, including version 1.0.10, send nothing to RevenueCat.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive payment-card details. Apple's terms apply.
When the RevenueCat integration is enabled, Dotto continuously sends purchase history, including past transactions, product and transaction identifiers, purchase dates and status, refund or renewal information where applicable, an anonymous RevenueCat user ID, and request information such as app and operating-system versions, locale, currency and network IP address to RevenueCat. The SDK may automatically detect past and new App Store transactions, including both production and Sandbox purchases. Dotto does not provide a name, email address, advertising identifier, or a custom user ID that links you across our apps.
Apple continues to process payment-card details; Dotto and RevenueCat do not receive those details. Dotto continues to use verified Apple StoreKit transactions to determine Pro access, including eligible Family Sharing purchases. This integration does not change prices or require you to buy an existing purchase again. RevenueCat's handling of purchase information is described in RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
For questions or requests concerning purchase information, email andphoto.co@gmail.com. Do not post receipts, transaction identifiers, or other personal information in a public GitHub issue. Deleting Dotto removes its local task data but does not itself delete purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat. Their applicable policies govern those records.
